At what time do you live?
As i quote a my friend David Oliver answer to a question for a tiny documentary Tec University in Mexico was recording for him when preparing for 2012 Pan American Games. At what time do you live? He answered "from 6am to 8am", describing the time he used toswim over 6 miles a day as a preparation for such a hard competition.
