What do you train for? breathe to? what is the thing you must crave today?

What are you doing to achieve that what you want the most? Thinking about doing it (SPOILER) BRINGS YOU NOTHING.. 

Ill put this in perspective, thinking about going to the gym burns between 0 and 0 calories.....

Set objectives, walk trough a planned path in order to achieve what you want the most. Achievements are wishes with a deadline... they were written down.

A day off

I rarely sleep. I don´t know sometimes I just feel is just kind of a jinx. I would love to sleep more but it just does´t happen. Maybe thats one of the reasons sometimes I'm so active and doing things.

That and that I really believe the next phrase:

"You will have plenty of sleep when you die"

Harsh but true... I actually love to think that I did something with my day than sleeping over it. I will have plenty of sleep when I die and I won't ever be able to come back and do things that I´ve should have done when I could.

This is something I found and I think it will help you out if you are stuck... or just sleeping through your life...

As I told you before, or for those who aren't aware, I'm an Basketball fan. HUGE Basketball fan, and specially when it comes to terms of great players I fancy Michael Jordan. Of course considered the best player in History, his example is not to be ignored.

He was good because he could shoot, pass, dribble, or dunk. But he was better because he had the determination and will to set objectives and pursue them and never gave up until he achieved them...

Michael Jordan is one of my Idols and from him I´ve learned that, I had to fail several times to realize what I could do... It does´t matter how many times you fail. The important part if to recognize you´ve failed and prove yourself what you can do after doing it...

Before doing anything in your life, making any decision, I Like to think If my time invested in that decision will be well spent. A day that passes is a day that I will never leave again. Am I going to give every single breath to things I do in life?
